As you can see from both the quality and the quantity of the offering, S&W did a magnificent job of promoting their fledgling brand despite having limited resources, and only a handful of talented artisans in their employ. Pete Symes correctly identified that a combination of superior craftsmanship, savvy marketing, and personalized customer service would generate gun orders.
